When Ragan Technical Solutions was working on the irrigation system at Highlands Country Club, they encountered a problem with the sprinkler heads on one of the greens. The heads were not properly aligned, and they were not watering the entire green evenly.

Ragan Technical Solutions could have easily just left the problem as it was. However, they knew that it was important to get the green watered evenly in order to provide the best possible playing conditions for the members.

So, they went back to the drawing board and came up with a solution that would fix the problem without having to replace the sprinkler heads.
